VR headsets are now directly connected to hotel reception, enabling instant one-way communication from the VR Hotelo system to the hotel’s reception. - Experience Ordering During Viewing:
While watching video content, guests can now order featured experiences through an intuitive display in their field of vision. Three options to “Order” are positioned at 120-degree angles around the guest’s view, which can be activated with a simple click. - Reception Notifications:
Once an experience is ordered, the system sends a notification to the reception desk with a unique order code. Guests then remove the headset, proceed to the reception, confirm their order, and complete the payment for the selected experience. - New Metrics for Hotels:
Analytical tools now include a feature to track the number of experience orders, offering hotels deeper insight into the popularity and success of showcased content. - Optional Integration with Hotel Systems:
For enhanced personalization, the VR Hotelo system can be integrated directly with existing hotel management systems, automating the tracking of orders and reservations.
