At VR Hotelo, we’re always looking for new ways to enhance the guest experience. To better understand how our guests prefer to access information about the hotel and surrounding attractions, we’re conducting a survey to explore whether traditional paper brochures or innovative VR 360° solutions are more helpful and engaging. Your feedback will help shape the future of how we present information to make your stay even more enjoyable.
The survey will ask guests a few simple questions about how often they use paper brochures during their stay and what kind of information they typically look for. Are guests most interested in learning about local attractions, finding maps and directions, or discovering hotel services? We want to know which resources are most helpful to ensure we’re providing the right tools.
In addition to exploring paper brochure usage, we’re also interested in understanding how guests feel about digital alternatives. With advancements in technology, VR 360° solutions now offer an immersive way to explore everything from hotel facilities to nearby points of interest. Through this survey, we aim to find out if guests would prefer a virtual experience over traditional paper formats.
One key question will be whether guests are more likely to purchase an experience or service (such as a local tour or wellness treatment) after reading about it in a brochure or after viewing it in a VR 360° environment. We believe that the VR experience, with its ability to visually showcase services, might influence decision-making in a way that a paper brochure can’t.
