HHYGIENE AND MAINTENANCE For your comfort and safety, please follow these hygiene recommendations:- Before and after use, gently wipe the cushions and the front part of the device with the provided disinfectant wipes.
- Do not expose the device to direct sunlight, water, dust, or heat sources.
- After use, carefully return it to the designated stand where you found it.
- Do not attempt to remove protective parts, alter settings, or physically open the device.
SAFETY NOTES To ensure a pleasant and safe experience, please follow these guidelines:
- Use the device only while seated or standing on a secure, flat surface free of obstacles.
- VR experiences may cause a temporary feeling of disorientation, and it is recommended to remain seated for a few minutes after removing the headset before standing up.
- The recommended minimum age for use is 12 years and above.
- Do not use the VR device if you are under the influence of alcohol, medication, or if you feel dizzy or nauseous.
- If you experience headaches, discomfort, nausea, or blurred vision during use, stop immediately.
- Individuals with heart conditions, balance disorders, or those who are pregnant should avoid using the VR device.
- The use of VR technology can pose a risk for individuals with epilepsy, especially photosensitive epilepsy, due to the possibility of triggering seizures caused by flashing lights or specific visual patterns. Therefore, the use of the device in the apartment is strictly prohibited for all individuals with epilepsy.
- Be aware of your surroundings – do not physically move while wearing the device to avoid injuring yourself or others.
- It is not recommended to use the device for more than 20 minutes without taking a short break.
TECHNICAL INFORMATION
- The device is pre-configured and automatically launches the VR Hotelo application.
- Charging is done via a USB-C cable, located next to the device.
- Installing additional applications or modifying the content is not permitted.
- The device does not store any personal user data after use. It only collects and records analytical data related to the VR experience, which is used solely for further development and improvement of the content.
SOFTWARE PROTECTION AND DEVICE SECURITY This VR device is software-locked and permanently linked to this apartment. The content and application on it function exclusively within this location. The system includes remote software monitoring and locking, and all unauthorized usage attempts are recorded through internal security systems. This measure is implemented solely to ensure the safety of the device and the quality of the user experience.
LEGAL LIABILITY Apartment guests use the VR device entirely at their own risk. The apartment owner is not responsible for any injuries, illnesses, discomfort, or technical issues arising from improper use of the VR application or VR headset, during or after the guest’s stay in the apartment. Any intentional damage, theft attempt, or manipulation of the device will be considered a violation of house rules and may result in additional charges to the individuals staying in the apartment. In the event of physical damage to the VR headset, VR stand, or any part of the apartment caused by the use of VR Hotelo, the apartment owner reserves the right to claim compensation from the guest.
